4. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are adjusted against the final service cost.
- Full or remaining payment is due after service completion.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- All custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of Pigmented Tattoos.
- Designs cannot be reused, copied, or reproduced without permission.

- We do not guarantee exact replication of reference images.
9. Liability Limitation
